Our appointments are available on Monday - Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, we have early morning appointments for your convenience.

Emergency?

Dental problems don't always happen during normal business hours. Should you require emergency dental service after hours, please contact our emergency number (517)442-9545.

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the Insurance Company.

Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. Your employer has selected the level of coverage based on the premium paid.

Although we can often estimate what your coverage will be, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of our estimates because of the overwhelming number of insurance plans and changes in coverage that are continually occurring.

The patient is ultimately responsible for any balance remaining after insurance benefits have been received.

In addition, we accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Payment plans may be set up through our front desk staff. Be sure to ask about all the details during your visit.

We value our patients and their families and try faithfully to respect your valuable time by scheduling at your convenience. When an appointment time is reserved for you, please make it a priority to retain your scheduled appointment. Due to high overhead costs, consistently missed or cancelled appointments cannot be tolerated. 

 There is a $40.00 fee for missed appointments. The payment is the responsibility of the patient, insurance does not cover this fee.

If there is a need to change or cancel a scheduled appointment we require 48 hours notice.  

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM THE OFFICE.
